Door repair

Started repairing the passager door. It was a little thin (with some holes) at the rounded lower corner. Also the doorskin has a hole in the lower front corner. So i fixed the rounder edge and started welding the lower part of the door where the weather strip has been glued.

Metal work, metal work, metal work... and some more metal work...

Welded in the cowl panel today. After that i ripped away the radiator stand and used a porta-power to fix the hood fitment a little better. Will start straightening the front up a little more precise now and then weld in the new radiator stand.

Cowl Panel repair

Finished the repair under the cowl panel today. Also primed it one more time with the epoxy primer, painted the new cowl panel back and also painted the backside of the dash cluster. Will hopefully start welding the new cowl panel in place this weekend.

More parts and more rustfix

Got some more parts this week. The 428ci std bore engine block, some interior parts like door panels with aluminum inserts. I also ripped away part of the cowl panel and started fixing some rust under there. Also got time to test the new plasma cutter and cut hole for the tank lid.
